A non-profit association (ASBL) registered in Brussels (Belgium) since August 6, 2024, it is the social heart of our mission.
Its purpose is to provide legal support to communities and individuals in vulnerable situations, without discrimination based on gender, origin, social status, or political affiliation.
After an in-depth study of the case presented and the victim’s economic situation, the team will consider the opportunity to defend them on a contingency fee basis. The victim does not bear any costs for their defense; a percentage of the compensation will be deducted if the case is successful.
International Litigation
- Representation of victims before the Inter-American Commission and Court of Human Rights.
- Defense before UN Committees and Special Procedures.
- Legal remedies before INTERPOL and other international organizations.
Advocacy
- Reports, communications, and legal oversight.
- Participation in international conferences and forums.
